Service: 360 Campaigns & Digital Campaigns (while at R/GA)

I worked on several Samsung initiatives, including Samsung Mobile, Samsung Gear VR & 360, Samsung Holiday, and Samsung’s Care+ Program. I've covered everything from holiday content, product launches, VR innovation, to crisis response work with Samsung. After Samsung's worst PR crisis (exploding Note7), I led the work that regained the trust of a very skeptical audience. I completed the production under extremely tight timing constraints, working directly with Samsung's CMO and CEO. The commercial premiered during the Oscars, resulting in a 50% increase in brand trust. I also helped ideate, sell through, produce, and execute the first-ever camera-focused campaign filmed entirely with Samsung devices, spearheaded 360° content creation that positioned Samsung as the leader in the VR space, and promoted the joy of giving with Samsung’s “Give the Gift of Galaxy” blue boxes campaign.
